Thanks! So I think what I really need now is a list of tokens/variables/functions that evolution provides in the namespace of the scheme expressions ...
For instance, until I looked there I didn't know about:
header-ends-with
header-contains
${subject}
${recipient}
etc....
If someone provides this information I'll add it to a mini HOW-TO and
post a link when it's done. But in the meantime the sexpressions in this
file should get me started.
