oh for the day when everything was in ~/evolution, in one place.  how  much frustration that would have saved.

Does 2.2 store settings in other places?  Right now I
copy .evolution, .gnome2_private, .gnome2/gnome-pilot.d and the gconf
settings for /apps/evolution.  Should I be copying anything else?
