Swapping between Outlook 97 and Evo really isn't that hard.  I
do it all day.

Yeah, that happens to me, occasionally.  I just mentally remember 
to click on the "list of messages" pane, first.  No biggie.

Don't fight the tool.  It's not KMail, it's not Sylpheed, it's not
T-bird.

But heck, it's not *that* different from them, either...

This is so true.

One small but REALLY HANDY thing that I really like about Outlook
is that I can Tab from the Folder pane to the "List of messages" 
pane, and then Shift-Tab back.

GNOME and Evo don't seem to let me do that.

I do just what I do in Sylpheed and Outlook: click on the folder
I want, then click in the "list of messages" pane.

Pressing "." then brings me to the Next Unread Message.
