<sigh>  before you say this, you have used Outlook2000 connected to an
Exchange server?  and your thinking like us that Microsoft is charging too
much for software?  and you like use have a worldwide network of exchange
servers (like about 60) and thus is difficult to change them all at one go?
<deeper sigh>  and obviously you would be using POP for your exchange
servers.  you would have shared calenders on the exchange server?  you would
know what your talking about before you say IMAP has no business being
stored in an IMAP folder?   i rest my case.....

Contact and Calendar data has no business being stored in an IMAP
folder, IMAP is for mail.

Moving contact and calendar data to the local addressbook/calendar has
nothing to do with POP.
