Looks like the scrolling behaviour is already known, see bug 30289 for
evolution 1.1.1 ( http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=30289 ).

As for the wrap of the address field, I've registered it as a wishlist
item, id 34070 ( http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=34070 )
