Hi, I am researching open source barcode libraries, primarily for DataMatrix codes, but also for others.
I installed exactimage on OS X using homebrew and on an Ubuntu box from the Ubuntu repos. However, I was unsuccessful to get bardecode to decode actual barcodes ;) On OS X I get "Error reading <filename>" and on the Linux box I sometimes get this, and sometimes just nothing. The barcodes I tried to decode was no scans but the exact files of some barcode generation libs and websites. I am not sure what goes wrong here. Are there any test images with barcodes which can be decoded?
