Assists in analyzing client processes and/or challenges through conducting needs analysis and recommending the most effective, costconscious solution. ? Suggests and develops solutions to business problems and/or processes that leverage *SharePoint 2007/ASP.NET* technology toprovide efficiency improvements, and better user experiences. ? *Trains end-users* on the developed solution. ? *Writes documentation* for requirements analysis, design specifications, user's guides, installation guides, customtraining materials, project plans, etc. ? Participates providing time and resource estimates. Required Skills: ? *Over 5 years* of experience in software industry in the following disciplines: ? *ASP.NET developer skills (C#, VB.net, Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer*, etc.). ? Experience implementing *CSS/HTML* into SharePoint. ? Experience implementing *SharePoint 2007* customized and out of the box solutions for multiple clients in diverse environments. ? Some database developer skills (*SQL Server 2000/2005*) preferred. ?
