Please forward your *top two (2) candidates* for each position *SAP BW Architect – * Expert knowledge within business intelligence and analytics architecture and implementation, possesses a deep data warehousing and information architecture knowledge, specifically in the SAP BW domain. Designs effective and efficient solutions that maximize business value. Works well in a team environment and contributes by coaching and mentoring regarding BI/DW/BW architecture and design principles. · Participates in strategic planning for business intelligence and can develop a roadmap based on business capabilities for BI. · Evaluate current architecture and solutions to recommend the best approach or actions to improve the BW/DW environment. · Participate in the BI CoE, helping to set standards, evaluate solutions and define best practices for reporting and the Business Warehouse. · Perform hands on duties to extract data from ECC to BW, import data into BW, build data stores and cubes. · Design Universes and Cubes to provide the users the best possible experience. · Determine best reporting tools to use for specific situations and develop a decision tree to work from on selecting tools going forward. · Work with business leaders in defining requirements for reporting and future planning · Evaluate new and existing software as a good fit for Aviall as well as present finding to management · Keep up with emerging technologies within the SAP BW and Business Intelligence space and finding better ways to meet the business needs with a real ROI Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or engineering or Bachelor degree with work experience within the Business Intelligence domain, specifically in BW · Minimum of 10 years experience in Business Intelligence · Minimum of 7 years experience with SAP BW · Performed at least 4 years as SAP BW Architect · Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP outside of the BW Space (other modules) · 5+ years of hands-on experience in building extractors in BW, with PSA, DSO (ODS) and cubes · 5+ years of hands-on experience in reporting tools, specifically: BEx, Crystal Reports, Business Objects Web Intelligence (WebI), Business Objects Dashboard (Xcelsius) and other Business Objects reporting tools. · Must have current knowledge and experience with SAP BW 7.3 · Must have current knowledge and experience with Business Object 4.0 platform and suite of tools. · Mastery in SAP BW and associated tools including; extractors, BW architecture, cube creation, reporting and analytical tools and BO Data Services. · Good understanding of servers, networking, security, monitoring (Solution Manager, etc) · Excellent written and verbal communications – very important · Strong analytical skills solving problems outside the norm challenges · 5 to 7 years experience data modeling in Oracle, with at least 4 years in multi-dimensional databases, must include OLTP experience as well as OLAP Nice to Have: · BI Mobile Platform experience (Business Objects BI Platform 4.0) – High on the List · Informatica Experience · Predictive Analytics Experience · Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
