Location: Augusta, ME Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Skills Needed: Strong Communication & written skills. Maintenance of Dirigo IT System, will encounter FTP failures, etc. Maintain website (Dreamweaver or HTML configuration). Self directed person, not a structured environment. Able to take ownership of the project and create some formalized methodologies + answer "why did they develop the system this way?" - table architecture, Logic, understand different ways and performance issues. SQL Server + visual studio-system set up unclear so the client needs help w/ project scope. Assist w/ fixing system OR able to come up with a good stop gap solution. Environment OS: Windows Server PROGRAMMING LANG/DVLPMT TOOLS: Perl front end + PL SQL(packages/procedures/scripts)+ java script/html DB SYSTEMS/ TOOLS: Oracle 10G - Dirigo database AND SQL Server - health organization database QA/TESTING-APPROACHES, APPS: Daily jobs run + monthly processes that are run for the dirigo services.
