Rate: Open Responsibilities . Lead the technical development, implementation, and support for the portal using the IBM Websphere Portal and Web Content Management (WCM) tools . Support and assist the development of the user interface and overall creative design for the application . Mobility support considerations . Writing and testing program code . Performing system implementation activities . Technical support . Developing system and end-user documentation where needed . Instructing and training of other team members and end users on the use of the application. Required skills: . Hands-on, technical development work experience with the implementation of the IBM Websphere Portal and IBM WCM tools for small to medium scale web sites/applications. . Experience working with the Agile SDLC methodology . Web user interface/creative design . Mobility support for web applications . W3C and Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
