*Title:  ETL Developer*

*Location*:  Harrisburg, PA.

*Duration*:  1 year plus.  Could go 3 plus years

*Interview Process*:  Phone interview with the Data Architect.  If all goes
the candidate will then talk to the PM.  Face to face is not necessary
unless the candidate is within driving distance.

Client prefers local/regional candidates.

*Responsibilities/Task/Required Skills*

Must have *EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION* skills

5 + years of ETL development experience designing data storage systems and
testing and troubleshooting before go-live.

Knowledge on high level concepts of SQL, Java, XML and several data
warehouse architecture techniques such as EDW, ODS, DM, ROLAP and MOLAP.

Ability to write ETL scripts with direction and oversight from an
experienced ETL developer.

Good understanding and demonstrated experience using at least one common
data warehouse schema.

Possess a strong understanding of common techniques including full data
warehouse loads and incremental loads.

Ability to assess a client’s data situation by reading, analyzing, and
digesting what it wants to accomplish with its data, and design the best
possible data model and ETL process around those goals.

Experience working collaboratively with a team, proactively addressing
potential risks ahead of time. Deliver sound problem analysis and
high-quality deliverables that address defined business needs.  Assist in
the timely resolution of any technical or client service issues.
Coordinate and communicate activities with engagement management.

*Required Skills*

SQL (SQL Server)

TFS (Team Foundation Server)

ETL Tool *(**SSIS*)

*Education*

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

h)  Rate the candidate’s communication skills from 1-10 with 10 being the
best

i)  Contact Information, i.e. email, phone number and skype information

j)  Is candidate your employee?  We prefer no levels.  If we ever agree to
a level we need to know the name of their direct employer.

k)  Work authorization Green Card, Citizen, H1B, etc.  If H1B we’ll need a
copy of their H1.

l)  *Please make sure the education is on the resume.  Spell out the
school, location, date of completion and type of degree*

I’ll always want to know the following:

How many total years of IT experience?

How many years of experience working in the United States?

Skills Summary:  All the experience must be present in the resume.
