Dear Umesh,

I have skipped this one. My appologies.

IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH("*"&MID(C4,1,FIND(" ",C4)-1)&"*",$A:$A,0)),"Mapped","Not
Found

MATCH function will match the name in the list which is there in Column A.
* sign is used to match it with some additional characters in the start and
end of the name. So if name UMESH DEV is written as UMESHDEV it will still
work.
MATCH function always returns a number where it founds the data in the
target list (here column A).
ISNUMBER checks if it is a number or not.
And at the end, IF function checks if ISNUMBER is TRUE or FALSE, and if it
is true then result is "Mapped" and if is false then result is "Not Found".

Hope this helps.

Best Regards,
