Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ Logical Formula Problem

Hi Experts

i am trying to use the logical formula ie < or > operator to have an outcome
such that if the figure in say cell A is greater than that of cell B, i want
it to read is higher than, if false then lesser than, this would be achieved by
selecting the year from the drop down, i have done all than but its not
working, pls see the attached sheet and assist.

Specifically, in 2009 Operating margin was lower than in 2008, but am not
getting the desired outcome.

thanks
