* Position Description:*

·         An engineer is needed to assist in the design, implementation,
and support of projects utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS).  The immediate
need is to implement and support one high visibility project incorporating
AWS servers, related domains, and Amazon Workspaces.  Specific duties and
responsibilities include:



·             Install, upgrade, monitor, and administer AWS servers,
including patching

·             Install, upgrade, monitor and administer Amazon Workspaces

·             Monitor and administer backups

·             Work with IT management to develop and document standard
processes/procedures for moving applications to AWS

·             Carry out other related AWS duties as assigned



*QUALIFICATIONS:*

·             *Three (3) years experience in a production IT environment
installing and administering Windows and Linux based infrastructure
services*

·             *Three (3) years experience with AWS services and operations*

·             *Experience with migrating on-premises applications to AWS*

·             Experience with *Amazon Workspaces and Workspaces Application
Management (WAM)*

·             *Experience with process/procedure documentation to establish
standards*
