Subject: HTML messages appear blank

Hi all. We have a user who receives HTML-formatted messages sent by an
application. Her delivery point for new mail is her PST (don't ask me
why).
When she receives these HTML-formatted messages, they are blank.

We suggested to the local admin onsite to change the delivery point to
the online Mailbox, and she can see the messages fine.

She is using Windows 2000 Pro with Office XP SP2.

What could cause this behavior that HTML messages stored in a PST would
go blank?

Thanks for any ideas!
