A guess .. Does the PST have high compression on? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Fyodorov, Andrey FTL Sent: Monday, January 26, 2004 11:26 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: HTML messages appear blank
Hi all. We have a user who receives HTML-formatted messages sent by an application. Her delivery point for new mail is her PST (don't ask me why). When she receives these HTML-formatted messages, they are blank. We suggested to the local admin onsite to change the delivery point to the online Mailbox, and she can see the messages fine. She is using Windows 2000 Pro with Office XP SP2. What could cause this behavior that HTML messages stored in a PST would go blank? Thanks for any ideas! _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=& lang=english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
