Did you check on your terminal service session manager that it is not set to idle 
timeout period ? Are any of these users on Wireless N/W , I have seen problems with 
few users who are on Wi-Fi -B network disconnects every 5-10 minutes when I moved them 
to G , they were stable (I don't know the real technical reason but than it didn't 
have time to analyze , who cares if it works) .
