No vpn. Through a netopia 7200 and linksys on this end. The netopia was
replaced by an identical model. Could find any settings in either to
affect the connection.
It appears all users coming into the terminal server have this problem
and all user inside headed out to some other TS have this problem. The
users going out donot go thru the linksys. So the only commonality is
the netopia 7200 whichwas replaced and the ISP.

I have also seen VPN's drop just long enough to cause this if it through
a VPN, you can increase the timeouts there as well.

Did you check on your terminal service session manager that it is not
set to idle timeout period ? Are any of these users on Wireless N/W , I
have seen problems with few users who are on Wi-Fi -B network
disconnects every 5-10 minutes when I moved them to G , they were stable
(I don't know the real technical reason but than it didn't have time to
analyze , who cares if it works) .

I have a client whose users are losing connection to the terminal server
after 5-10minutes of idel time. Is this possible the fault of the ISP?
