You can read those message files in the queues with Notepad.

Being in a container should really have no effect on the ability to use OWA.
I have hosted hundreds of customers in separate OUs and they were able to
log in with their User Principal Name (aka UPN) that looks like an SMTP
address. Of course, they had that SMTP address as one of their e-mail
addresses, it was generated by a recipient policy.

How is authentication set up for your /Exchange virtual directory?

Subject: [Exchange2003] NDR's

I just installed my first E2k3 server and since I was the one who did it I
decided to pay attention to it. Foolish thing to do, But....

Problem 1
I've discovered that my new server insists on sending what I assume are NDRs
(since I haven't figured out how to read the messages in the queues
yet.) to the tune of about 500 a day. Every message in the Queue is from
PostMaster to various domains. And they tend to stay around a long time.

Is there anyway to see the content of these messages to confirm what type of
NDRs they are and can I configure E2k3 to dump the NDRs quicker since
they're probably a result of bad spam in the first place. I've found how to
turn off NDRs but that's not a good thing to do in the real world. I'd just
like to get rid of undeliverable NDRs to outside domains quicker.

Problem 2
I have users created in separate containers. Each container holds users for
a email only internet domain. Ie... I have a container called domain.com
and in there are users for that domain. So the question is how do these
users log into OWA. I can't seem find the right login for the user. I've
tried;

SMTP address
Username
domain\username
domain\container\username

Nothing seems to work. Uses not in a container log in just fine.

Thanks
Jim
