Thanks for the reply, I am no 'au fait' with firewalls that much I
understand a port issue but not the verb. Can you point me in the
direction of more info please.

There have been KB articles about this. A firewall could cause this. I
can't remember exactly which port was the culprit. Probably not the port
really, but if a firewall is blocking certain verbs.

All,

OWA, Exchange 2000 SP 3, Windows 2000 SP 4, I have a number of users who
all use the same broadband ISP to connect to OWA. This didn't work then
did work and now doesn't work again. All other OWA user access via
various ISP's works fine. 
The symptoms are when you connect to the OWA URL it asks for UID, PWD
and DOMAIN. Once these are entered it loads the outline of the outlook
bar, email pane etc.. and says it is loading the page, it then asks for
the UID, PWD, DOM again and even if you re-enter it, it does not allow
you in. 
I have tested the account in question over other ISP's and they work
fine. My question is could this particular ISP be blocking things
intermittently because of all these viruses that are around, and if so
how could I test this. I have contacted them and they have assured me
they are not blocking anything. The client in question use many
different versions of OS and IE to access OWA. The only common
denominator is the ISP. Any help much appreciated.
