When you throw the exchange 2003 CD in the exchange server drive the autorun executable has a choice of "Exchange deployment tools" I take it your following that path on the CD. If not, you should.

Both are on Windows 2000. When I start the install for Exchange 2003, it gives me options, one of which is an upgrade from EX2000 native mode to EX2003. I believe I'm in native mode (no 5.5 servers), but I can't tell if the upgrade is referring to an in-place upgrade on the same server, or to a upgrade on the network. Should I do the upgrade path on the EX2003 wizard?
