1-800-mark is fired :) Seriously, I truly appreciate all your opinions. I'm the only IT guy here and my CEO thinks he knows more than I do (not sure why he hired me then). Maybe someday I will get to the level with him where I can walk in and tell him to stop using it and why; and he will listen to me. Until that day all I can do is tell him why it's a bad idea and fix it when it breaks. Because he will insist on continuing to use it.

If I flip his editor to "...use word as the Rich Text blah blah blah" it works fine. Of if I uncheck both of those boxes it works fine. The problem only occurs when he check the box that "Use Word as my email editor". Anyone ever have this issue before or have suggestions.
