A couple years ago when I was at a Microsoft demo on XP they should how you could send an e-mail to someone to have them remote to your desktop to look at things. You had the option first of allowing them to do so and then if you wanted you could disconnect them.
I am looking for some documentation on how to use/install this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
