Its installed by default but not turned on and you can find help it under the heading of "Remote Assistance" under help.
To turn it on Right Click "My Computer" choose the "Remote" tab and check the "Remote Assistance" feature. You should not that it won't work through a firewall unless you can get your firewall admin to open ports for you. Citrix recently purchased "Go2MyPC" and it works through firewalls. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Brett Wesoloski Sent: Friday, March 26, 2004 9:35 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Remote desktop A couple years ago when I was at a Microsoft demo on XP they should how you could send an e-mail to someone to have them remote to your desktop to look at things. You had the option first of allowing them to do so and then if you wanted you could disconnect them. I am looking for some documentation on how to use/install this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
