I'm not sure if I should post this here or an Outlook group but thought I'd try here
first.
Exchange 2000
Outlook 2000 or later on client machines

Today, we noticed that over half of our email users had their free/busy information
default back to 2 months. Back in December of 2003 when we upgraded to E2K, we went
around to every machine and set free/busy to 12 months.

MS KB says a possible cause may be multiple profiles on the machine. However, in most
cases their is only the user's profile.

Anybody else have this problem or should I post to Outlook group first?

Thanks,
