The users wouldn't happen to be running Windows 98 would they? If so I had a problem with the JavaVM not being on the machines and needing to install the Sun Java version.

I had this same issue where none of the users could get into their mail via OWA, but could via Outlook. I was doing a swing upgrade from 5.5 to 2003 and had all the mailboxes over on the new 2003 server. It turns out that my Default Recipient Policy was something like @org.Site.com instead of what the addresses were from the old server. Check to see if they match, of not, change the Default Polixy to match what you want. Then apply the policy and test OWA. Hope that helps. Thanks.
