Also check their OWA settings in options. I had some users that set it to the wrong time zone and that will mess it up, and only after daylight savings time. It was very odd.

I have users creating meeting appointments in our company calendar (in public folders) and they create the event to start at 9:30am, but when I view the calendar from my computer, the event starts at 8:30am.
