When I did my migrations, all I remember is that there was only one SRS, it existed on the first Exchange 2000 server that joined the 5.5 org. SRS talked to the 5.5 site and then the 5.5 site replicated the stuff to the rest of the 5.5 world.

As soon as I migrate all the resources from 1 55site to an exchange2003 (in that same Nt domain) I decomission the exchange55..and remove SRS, and CA and remove ADC. Each site has its own ADC because all of the sites are in different domains.
