You should have an SRS for each of your Exchange 5.5 Sites. And for each Site you will have ADC CA's (recipient, DL, PF's)There are several steps prior to deleting the SRS's when going to native mode. MS has a whitepaper on the exact steps and order - follow it and you should be fine..... I actually have all the steps in a word doc - if you want I can send it to you...
