Below are the events that are occuring at the same time as the slowdowns
and lock out issues.    I have a feeling it's an external DNS issue in the
network properties.  I've just removed them from the box and flushed and
renewed the DNS.   So it's wait and see time.   Thanks again for your help
in this matter.
