SMTP logs show activity as the message is being received by the server.

Do you have anything stuck in the SMTP queues?

Subject: Missing Email - e2k3 - but shows in log, not message tracking

Users have been complaining a bit over the past month or two since we
implemented the e2k3 mail server about mail not getting to them. I can see
the mail activity at the log file (shows it came from the sender), but no
message can be tracked in the system. At what point does the log generate
activity - before or after it can be tracked as an actual message?

We have antigen for AV & SPAM on the mail server, but logs there show no
activity from the sender.

Any thoughts?
