We recently removed our first & last Ex 5.5 server, according to relevant Q articles, and went to E2K native mode. Now, folks who had delegate access to others' folders cannot use the File, Open, Other User's Folder in Outlook to access the delegated folder. They receive the familiar "The Information Store could not be opened" error.
They can, however, add the target user's mailbox as an additional mailbox on the Advanced tab in the Outlook profile, expand it in the folder list (after having been given Folder Visible right at the mailbox level) and view the folder that way. Didn't find any relevant Technet articles. Ideas? Thanks, Jim Becker Asst.
