No, these are fresh selections from the OOUF dialog by clicking the Name
button and selecting from the GAL.

We've even removed and reapplied the Delegate access and it still won't
open.

Clear the list of mailboxes or choose it manually from the pick list,
will it open then? (is it just cached entries which fail?)

Subject: Delegate access

We recently removed our first & last Ex 5.5 server, according to
relevant Q articles, and went to E2K native mode. Now, folks who had
delegate access to others' folders cannot use the File, Open, Other
User's Folder in Outlook to access the delegated folder. They receive
the familiar "The Information Store could not be opened" error.

They can, however, add the target user's mailbox as an additional
mailbox on the Advanced tab in the Outlook profile, expand it in the
folder list (after having been given Folder Visible right at the mailbox
level) and view the folder that way.

Didn't find any relevant Technet articles. Ideas?

Thanks,

Jim Becker
