Can you successfully do an NSLOOKUP from the server console and look up
remote domains' MX records?

Can you successfully do a telnet session from your server's console to the
remote domains' Mxes?

Subject: SMTP queues

Normally out Exch2003 server forwards to another smtp server when sending.
That server had a problem to day, so I thought I would stop forwarding. As
soon as I stopped forwarding, mail stopped being sent and started queung up
on our server.

DNS is working ok, I have check the firewalls and routers.

Any ideas ?
Any logs I can check to see whats happening ?

Which diagnostic logging item should be enabled ?

Thanks
