Have you applied the store hotfixes that fix some issues with 5.5 and Outlook 2003?

Outlook 2003 closes fine for the same user. Odd. It started with one user and now has began to populate to a few more people. I have tried to delete the profile and .ost file and recreate them both but it still occurs. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
