If you pay your employees very well, you probably don't have to worry about
giving them comp time.  If you pay them crap, then you'd better give them
comp time, or, better, overtime, especially if you can't spare them taking
the time off later.

I am looking for input regarding giving Comp Time. 
We had a situation where our Exchange server crashed and 2 people worked
multiple nights til 1 or 2 am and in one case, overnight until all problems
were solved and the server was back  online.

I am looking for info as to what other companies do for Comp Time.
