To continue on from my unresolved problem of not being able to download
Offline Address Books, I have noticed that a function of Outlook 2000+
is to have multiple options if you have more than one Offline Address
Book.

I have more than one Offline Address book which appear to have been
generated successfully, but I am not given this option. So I'm guessing
the problem lies with the information that Exchange is returning to the
clients about the names/existence of the Offline Address Books and the
information that the client has to attempt to download one is different
to what the true details are?

Where in the AD maze is this sort of information stored, or where does
Outlook store its information on what Offline Address books are
available?
