I had a script around here somewhere that would do it with ADSI. That would be the other option that would let you feed it a list of names upon which to take some action.

I have done this in the past by exporting the current listings using Excel macro's to move the current SMTP to the proxy then replacing the SMTP. You can use the "Headers" program to create the necessary headers.csv or just manually create the template first.
