That would be "E-Mail Addresses", not "E-Mail Address", an attribute that applies only to custom recipients, representing the address to which received mail is forwarded.
The reply address imports as SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED] in E-Mail Addresses, and case does not matter. Proxy addresses import in Secondary-Proxy-Addresses, and also the case does not matter. In Exchange 2000, all addresses go in the same attribute and case does matter. I have done this in the past by exporting the current listings using Excel macro's to move the current SMTP to the proxy then replacing the SMTP. You can use the "Headers" program to create the necessary headers.csv or just manually create the template first.
