Exchange 2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 SP3

We had a situation where a user sent an email and BCC'd herself. She did not receive
the email until an hour later. She sent the email at 6:07pm a few minutes before the
events below occurred, and received it at 7:05pm. I can't find more information about
events 6003, 2102, and 2103 occurring one right after the other.

Has anyone experienced this? How can I fix it?
