Does the reject option occur during the SMTP session, or after the mail has
already been accepted?  If it's the latter, and thus requires the generation
of a NDR, then it's no better than the spam I'd be trying to block.  If it's
the former, I'd have to seriously consider replacing my
Exim/Exiscan/SpamAssassin setup.
