I don't know if it works with 2k3's connection filtering, but we use spamcop.net's blackhole list. They seem to be both informitive as to why they block and responsive in removing blocked sites. They also don't seem to have the vigilante justice mentality that so many other lists have had over the years.
For reference, they're denying about 25% of our current inbound mail as spam, and in the 18 months or so we've used them, I think I've had maybe half a dozen reports of false positivies. -------------------------------------------------------------- Roger D.
