I use: sbl-xbl from Spamhaus.org.
The relay list from ordb.org . The DUL list from www.sorbs.net Basically a list of dynamic IP's. Controversial but it is the single best list I use. Stops all the zombied Comcast/Cable/DSL home users. I also use several country lists from www.blackholes.us We do not need overseas mail in most cases. So I can block China-Korea, South America and really cut it down. I also added Latin America's IP range in myself. With the above I nail about 90 percent of the spam with virtually no false positives. But you have to test and see, and adjust. Every ones needs are different. FWIW, I do not consider any email rejected from Comcast to be a false positive. My users understand why and know not to even bother to let me know.
