We are running Exchange 2000.
When a user uses OWA and attempts to send a new message and clicks on the "To:" button. None of their contacts are showing up or are able to be searched for. Only contacts in the global address are accessible. Is there a way for each user to be able to access their contacts when clicking on the "To:"? We have changed settings in OWA options to check names first against contacts not global address lists. But it still doesn't find the contacts of that person. But if click on the contacts folder in OWA it shows all the contacts there.
