Don't bother trying to create another organisation, I think you can achieve all that you want with the existing infrastructure.
Firsty create an OU to hold these volunteers. This will help to restrict their access to whatever ... You might want to create a separate storage group for them too ... that way you can apply particular policies for them such as mailbox/message size limits. You can create address lists that are visible only to non-volunteers, and basically disallow the volunteers access to any address list. You can also deny them rights to view public folders. And, you can hide them from appearing in your GAL. I have been asked if I can give volunteers their own email addresses [EMAIL PROTECTED] and access to owa. We do not want them to see any public folder, address books or be visibly part of our internal organisation. Is this possible on the same server ? Can I create a second organisation ? thanks Matt Joyce Children's Cancer Institute Australia http://www.ccia.org.au _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=& lang=english To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
