Did you change the "Home" server of the folder? That is the step most people forget when they move public folders.

I've setup a replica with the new server so the new server has a copy of each public folder on it. Now, when I turn off the old server It takes like 5 mins before you can expand the public folder tree. I know the behavior shouldn't be this way. Did I miss a step in moving the folders? Any help would be appreciated.
