They can not send any messages to each other - internally. Same thing
happens to and from the internet.

Any message that has an attachment is being bounced back. I do not have any
good information on what may have changed in this email system to suddenly
cause this to happen - not my system.
The ndr's only say that the recipient had problems. The event logs are not
giving much info either. I have sent messages to their system and can see
the message sitting in the inbound queue of the IMC. It hangs there for
awhile then bounces.
Any ideas where to start looking?
