Ok what happens this happens to various people that are on the Meeting request receive an Update 2-3 times for the same meeting when the meeting is updated. The meeting is not multiple times in the calendar.
For example: 1. Meeting Organizer creates Meeting 1.0 2. Meeting 1.0 sends out the proper notifications to everyone. 3. Meeting Organizer updates Meeting 1.0 and changes it to Meeting 1.1 by changing the subject 4. When the meeting organizer clicks send update it sends meeting 1.1 multiple times to different people in the meeting attendees list. At first glance that doesn't seem related to F/B. Wouldn't multiple copies of the same meeting essentially "overbook" people for that period of time, and consequently have the person look really really really busy so to speak when looking up their F/B info? If I have three meetings (or three copies of the same meeting) scheduled today from 1-2PM, it just looks like 1-2PM is unavailable on my F/B. It doesn't sound like F/B is broken. Can you clarify the circumstances under which the users send multiple meeting notices? Is it all users? Does it happen when the meeting is first proposed? If a meeting is changed?
