It' not installed in that directory then. Just type "outlook.exe /cleanrules" in the Run box. Normally the full path doesn't need to be specified. Close outlook first.

I open a command prompt cd to c:\program files\microsoft\office10> and type outlook.exe /cleanrules and same thing. So if I am doing something wrong or typing it wrong please inform. I used http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;826964 as a visual on exactly what to type. Thanks in advance. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=& lang=english To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
