Too right David. I have 'quitting'. I have users who save emails in their drafts, usually because the email are long, when they are received from Drafts and completed, they vanish as soon as Send is clicked. Not sent, not in Drafts. Very angry users.
Hold down Option and start Entourage, you should get a rebuild option. This helped with the Drafts/Quitting for us. Have you found a way to get the Global Address list to be the default address list ? Our setup seems to have contacts and I can search the Gal via the Tools/Directory Services, but this quits if I select an address. This is totally making me look bad, rightly so, I am not providing a sufficiently capable email client to these staff members. I'm tempted to upgrade to Office 2004, just hoping it will be better, otherwise I have to consider Eudora which is what the users actually wanted. Eudora for mail. OWA anything else. Not Happy.
