The rpcdiag utility never makes a connection, I am only prompted over
again to supply my credentials for the remote network and the local
network.  I have been testing this remotely from a machine not in the
domain.  However, I did make the recommended change in that KB but it
still keeps asking for the local account instead of the remote account.
